Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, all renters must:

- Possess a valid driver’s license

- Meet the minimum age requirement

- Provide a refundable security deposit (if required)

- Sign a rental agreement prior to vehicle operation

Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Rental Agreement

All rentals require execution of a separate rental agreement at the time of pickup. In the event of any conflict between website terms and the signed rental agreement, the signed agreement shall control.

Vehicle Use

The vehicle may only be used for lawful, personal transportation purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited:

- Reckless or aggressive driving

- Racing, burnouts, or stunts

- Off-road driving

- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Responsibility for Damage

The renter is fully responsible for:

- Any damage to the vehicle

- Mechanical issues caused by misuse

- Towing, impound, or storage fees

- Traffic violations, tickets, or citations

- Excessive cleaning or smoke odors

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the renter’s payment method or deducted from the security deposit.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required prior to rental. Deposit terms, amounts, and release timing will be explained before rental begins.

Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges. Excessive lateness may result in full-day rental charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by rental type and timing. Please review the Rental Policies page for full details. No refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Weather Conditions

Slingshots are open-air vehicles. Weather conditions are the renter’s responsibility. Weather-related cancellations are subject to the stated cancellation policy.

Assumption of Risk

The renter acknowledges that operating a Slingshot involves inherent risks. By renting, the renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with vehicle operation.

Limitation of Liability

SS Rentals Exotic Cars shall not be held liable for:

- Personal injury

- Loss or damage to personal property

- Accidents caused by renter negligence

- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SS Rentals Exotic Cars from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from use of the rental vehicle.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
